Hi there! I’m Jennifer, and I’m so happy you're here! Welcome to this mindful learning space. My goal is to help children (and the adults who support them!) cultivate confidence, self-regulation, and compassion through mindfulness, movement, and creativity. I’m excited to share this course with you. This is a space to pause, breathe, reflect, and grow at your own pace.
Jennifer Gillingham is an Ontario Certified Teacher, Mindful Educator, & Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of experience in both general & special education classrooms. Drawing from her background in psychology & her deep passion for supporting underprivileged & diverse learners, Jennifer created a mindfulness and social-emotional learning course for children. She is the author of two children’s stories, including Releasing the Complain Dragon, which helps students develop self compassion.
